Fantastic company and professionals to work with. They've done two projects at my house, one large (digging into concrete in the basement to place a shower drain, putting in new plumbing for a toilet and sink) and one small (replacing a shower/bath faucet that fell off), and in each instance they were easy to contact, very responsive, timely, estimates were accurate without surprises, and the online payment portal was easy to navigate. The professionals who performed services were experienced, personable, on time, and great communicators. Highly recommend.

We recently hired Tom Kris & Sons Plumbing for several major projects—updating our main water line with a new PRV and smart shut‑off valve (plus fixing the emergency shut‑off), replacing our hot water heater with a high‑efficiency heat pump model, and regrading a sewer line that had been sloped incorrectly by a previous installer.
From the very beginning, their estimate was competitive and transparent, and their communication was consistently clear and timely. Ian and Brandon handled all of the work, and they were outstanding—professional, knowledgeable, and incredibly thorough. They walked us through every step, answered all our questions, and delivered truly high‑quality workmanship.
It’s been several days since the job was completed, and everything is running perfectly. We’re extremely happy with the results and feel confident knowing the work was done right. I love this company. We had a hot water heater extension tank put on, pipe work under the bathroom sink fixed, and our water pressure was reading 160! (It’s an old house) they fixed the pressure regulator ( which was previously non existent.
They are fast, honest, clean, reasonably priced, and I can trust their work. I have used this company twice, they have fixed 3 different issues for us and we are very happy with all of the work. We will stick with TomKris & Sons from now on. I am so thankful that we finally found a good Plumbing company.

I could not be more happy with my hot water installation! I called them this morning when I noticed the problem. They were at my house just after 2p (in a 2-4p window), and were finished by 3:15p! Brandon and his coworker were both extremely courteous and did an excellent job. Would highly recommend!

Garrett, Roy, and Craig did an amazing job with replacing my main water service line. I’m a lawn fanatic and having a well manicured lawn is my hobby and passion. When I learned I needed a new water line I did my research to find a company who does trench less water line replacement. TK and Son’s offers this service as I did not want my lawn tore up. When I learned that Garrett and Craig are reel mowers and lawn fans as well I knew I found the right guys for the job.
This project had some unexpected issues that required the use of directional boring but this did not detract them from staying positive to finish the job and provide high quality customer service. Their attention to detail in putting my lawn and landscaping back together was impressive. They treated my property like it was their own. I highly recommend this company and have now found a plumber for life. Thank you Garrett, Roy and Craig!
